Portfolio Show

My portfolio show is almost here!  Please come and see my classmates and my work.  There will be a 3D exhibit, food, drinks and live music.  The past 2 years of training have been challenging and we are almost to the finish line.  Its at the Arts Station in Stone Mountain on September 11th from 6:30 to 9:30 and you can find more information out by clicking here.  Hope to see you there!!

Lighting

This past weekend I was in Tybee Beach, GA and right on the beach.  Friday night we got a lighting storm and I was able to get some good images.  Here is one of my images that was also chosen to be in my portfolio, I had a 18 second exposure on this.  Love the colors, clouds and shapes of the sky!

Architecture

Last quarter I took a photography Architecture class and I learned alot.  I became familiar with how to light an interior and exterior and got some nice images.  Here is one of my images that will be going in my portfolio.  I would love to shoot more architecture in the future.

Portfolio Time!

I have been away from posting for too long, so I have lots to update here.  It is time for my portfolio and here is one of the images that will be in my book.  This was taken of baby Gabriel just a few weeks after he was born in late March this past year. This was a great shoot and I’m glad that it will be in my book. Stay tuned for some more images since my last posting!

Here is a portrait that I did of my friend Danielle while we were in Lake Tahoe this past March.  Please click on her face to see more photos from this shoot.  I shot this as the sun was going down over the lake, I love the light that is on her face.

Photo Slideshows

Here is a slideshow that I made for Kelli and DP Swint to play at their rehearsal dinner last weekend.  I hope they enjoyed sharing this with their families and friends before their special day.   I am working on other slideshows for people so let me know if you are interested.  It can be for anything, a baby, a wedding, a special trip, a family, etc.

Baby Gabriel Seay

Here is baby Gabriel Joaquin Seay who was born on March 20th to Jen and Nathaniel Seay.  I shot Jen’s maternity photos in late February not long before Gabriel arrived.  This was a fun newborn shoot and thanks to Amanda for assisting me.  Big Congrats to the Seay family on their newest member!  Please click on the photo to see some more images of baby Gabriel.
